What material are the covers?
The covers are type Bumper TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), its edges prevent the screen from having direct contact with any surface in the event of a fall and it has its four corners reinforced with greater thickness for better protection. Helps protect against drops and bumps.

Can the paint fall off?
Each sleeve goes through an encapsulation process at the end, to give the paint more shine and protection. This helps the paint not scratch or deteriorate with daily use.
In how much time will my request be delivered?
The covers with designs on our page take 2 to 3 business days to make, this may be less time since many times we have covers in stock that are available for immediate delivery.
Shipping Time : Normal shipping takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Express shipping takes 1-2 business days to arrive.

When your order is delivered to the parcel, we will notify you via email of your guide number in order to track it online.
What happens if I do not receive my order on time?
If more than 7 days have passed since the date your order was delivered to the parcel and you still have not received it, send us an email to kkreartemx@gmail.com and we will personally help you solve your problem with the delay of your order.
What parcel do you use?
All our packages are sent by FedEx parcel.
What if the cell phone model was not correct?
We recommend that you check your cell phone model carefully when placing your order. We are not responsible if the error is on the part of the client, without problem the change of cell phone model could be made, only both shipments would have to be settled by the client (the shipment of the previous model and the shipment of the new model).

If we make the mistake of sending a different model than the one requested in the order, the change (cover and shipping ) would be made at no cost , only taking into account the production times of the cover. This applies to any product, if the product ordered is different at the time of delivery, the change is made at no cost (during the first 5 days that the order was delivered).

Can I make a change once I receive my order?
To make a change to your order, we recommend that you contact us by email kkreartemx@gmail.com explaining the reason for your order change during the first 5 days that it was received. You can make change only for these reasons: manufacturing defects, another design or cell phone model was delivered different from the one ordered.
